For real. Totally untrue statememt. I bought my ACE 3 hours away because it was a good deal. I have NEVER had any issue getting warranty work done locally. Matter of fact Thor would let me take to the Winnie dealer down the street if I wanted. Whatever is convenient for me. I usually take to place across from work. They don't sell Thor and I have a great relationship with them. Thor has paid for anything I needed without question anywhere I wanted to take it. Any dealer who refuses free money for warranty work because you didn't buy it there wouldn't get my money anyway. But Thor will let you take it anywhere. Been there.
