Actually I was referring to PDI on the dealer's side. All units are to have PDI by the dealership prior to being "sellable". But yes there is definitely a responsability by the buyer during the delivery walkthrough to note and accept or decline delivery based on condition and items. I have seen a lot of folks on here accept a unit with known issues and then complain later. Buyers have a piece in this too.
