Where on earth is the fuse for the bathroom plug in??

Last time I used the RV I went to use the hair dryer that was attached to the wall and plugged in. Surprisingly it didn't work! I thought it died. I plugged it into the other outlet and nope! dead. So I just went to the store and bought a brand new hair dryer and when we set out for our adventure today, got all set up and husband hung the new one on the wall, plugged it in and IT didn't work! We can't find where the breaker is for the plug in (2) near the sink part of the bathroom. We have a 2006 Winnebago Adventurer.
Please help :)
  • Thanks everyone. We did find it, beneath the sink there's another outlet that I've never really noticed since I'm the one that uses an outlet in the bathroom, it was directly under the sink near the door and I've never notice it before :)
    It now works!
  • Check the fuse/breaker(s) on your inverter along with all the GFCI receps.

I had a tripped breaker on my inverter, that killed some of the GFCI receps. I hunted for the problem for 3 days, til I noticed a "popped" breaker on the inverter. It was sort of hard to see (or notice) because of the location of the fuse/breaker on the inverter.
  • GFI outlet
    check the kitchen outlets
    and any outside Patio outlets
ours has one in the electric bay, where the converter and inverter reside
  • Press the GFI reset button on the bathroom outlet (sometimes it's red color) and I'll bet you can use your old dryer and return the new one. :)
  • Most of the breakers are in a panel box built into the base of the bed. But, I also think you've go GFI tripped someplace.

99% of the plug ins I have seen in the bathroom will have a GFI reset button right on the plug in its self
If Not(I would be surprized) it will be on another plug in that feeds those two plug ins
u may have tripped a breaker on the inverter but pretty sure its the first suggestion
  • First check the GFCI. An outlet in a bathroom will have one. If you don't see it in the bathroom, then it may be someplace else, but on the same circuit. Mine is in my bathroom, but when it pops it also takes out a bedroom outlet and my exterior outlet. If that isn't it, then you should have a 110 volt box someplace with all of your breakers.
  • There's a breaker in the load center which is probably part of your fuse box.
Either that or the GFCI has tripped or died.
