Not sure if they can handle 19 inch rims (but I wouldn't be surprised if they did) but Costco is a good place to look as well. When looking for a 16 inch spare (225/75-16) for our Class C they had the best price on Michelin's in our area. Additionally they also have a ridiculously good 5 year road hazard warranty on tires they sell. Worth a look.
Edit : Not sure Costco could handle your rig though . . . I have seen them working on larger vehicles "outside" the tire shop but not sure if it is common practice.
