Finding an OEM black water (toilet) tank would be a matter of extreme luck. I suspect you'll need to take measurements for the space for the tank. Then see if you can find a blank (not pierced for connections) tank, and fit it to your needs. I suspect that an internet search for 'RV tank molders' will turn up some sources.
It's probably far simpler and cheaper to substitute a portapotty for the original toilet, and accept the need to empty it more often.
