They sometimes struggle with gensets, so it's a good idea to know what needs to be done, and watch them closely. When I take mine in I always ask for a tech that has prior RV genset experience. The fuel filter on my 10K is a real pain to replace, and to replace the air filter they need to remove the coolant reservoir.
