Where to mount a rear view camera monitor on E450 chassis?

Rear View Safety was kind enough to swap out the duck foot mount for the windshield mount. Their mount take sthe place of the rear view mirror and attached to the same button left behind when oem mirror is removed. Looks like it will work great.

AS far as running cable......I came down the rear left side and am at the chassis. I was thinking of running forward and entering cab from diver's side.

Is there a reason for cable to enter from passenger side? It will use about another 8' of cable to move to passenger side.
