Where to mount a rear view camera monitor on E450 chassis?

As best I can remember, I came in under the driver's side step plate, behind the side panels and up behind the left pillar trim. From there behind the visor to the monitor. I liked keeping the mirror so I could see what the DW was up to when moving down the road.:)
