Hi,Dumb questionn, sorry. I now have a new radio, haven't had a working one for years!!! So, while I sit in my seasonal site, enjoying listening to the radio - is it powered by the engine start batteries or the house batteries? thanks, Kathy

I guess you could turn off the battery disconnect swithches one at a time and see which one kills the radio.

If its an in-dash radio I would guess its powered by the engine start batteries.

My house battery switch needs to be ON for the dash radio to work..

mine defaults to the chassis battery just like my cars. But I have a swx right next to it that allows it to switch to the two house batteries. Kind of handy if you don't want to power-up the whole chassis just too listen to the radio for an extended time.

All my MH's had a switch on the dash.To run the radio off the chassis or house batts.With ignition off. See if radio still works. Than look for a switch. Not sure how your would be labeled.
