I'd make the trip and go check out a Newmar. Comfort Drive alone makes it stand out in the crowd, add to that hung wall construction (vs laminate) and a history of excellent customer service.
A Monaco will also be hung wall and the new owners of Monaco (Fleetwoods parent company) have enjoyed a good reputation as well.
