Which do you do first - slider or jacks ?

you have your opinion and i fully respect that but I have mine and exspect the same courtesy.I say manuals are not always correct and
firmly beleive slides out and then jacks down.This is all assuming its within a reasonable degree of level.If not correct with blocks etc first if the spot is that bad or move to more level area
then set up
