That used to be the case but since they were bought out the whole company policy has changed and are very difficult to deal with including their authorized service agents and dealers. Good luck in trying to deal with them. It is sad that a company that had the best customer service has gone to being the worst.
I just received some new parts about a month ago.The only requirement was that I send them the Old Parts for analysis!
