Then you use your stinking lap-top or what ever.
iPad isn't a phone, by the way.
It's the app, and it will work on any device. the lap-top works great opened and lying on the dash. makes it easy and doesn't cost anywhere near what the new GPSs do.

Just bought a Garmin RV760LMT, but have only used it around town to get used to it. Seems to get consistently better ratings than the Rand McNally, and I like it so far, but haven't used it enough in "real world" RV use to give it a two-thumbs up (or down) yet....
