I'll make it very easy for you. Understanding that every answer you get is nothing more than the opinion of the person responding, over the course of 8 years of ownership you will come out WAY ahead by buying a 3 year old coach. How long is the warranty? 1 year? From that point on, every dime you spend comes from your pocket. Let the new guy take care of those things and you simply benefit from his losses when trading after only 3 years. Life is really, really good for the used RV buyer.
Again, my opinion as are all the other opinions. I bought my '88 coach in '99 and still live in it today! It's paid for so any repairs I do are less than a mortgage payment would take from my checking account.
