WE HAVE A NEW TO US 1997 CLASS A SOUTHWIND 32 FOOT. WE HAD IT WEIGHTD THE OTHER DAY IT IS 15,800 LBS TOTAL. I WAS NOT SURE ABOUT THE TIRES IS THER SOME RULE OF THUMB AS TO WHAT TYPE OF TIRE I SHOUL...

I too have 16' tires on my F53 and recently switched to the Bridgestone Duravis R250, it is a steel sidewall tire. The R250 and the XPS Rib from Michelin are the only 16' steel sidewall tires that I know of, the rest are polyester sidewalls and for the most part steel is more stable.
