Whole house pressure regulator

If unsure, have them make it up for you, for using a short hose on the supply side (Walmart usually has these lengths) and for having a connection on the output side for your main hose. With the short hose, it's easier to hook up at the faucet and you'll still have most of it's length pressure regulated.
I also use a wye for hooking up a garden hose, if needed.
