Why Are There Inside Rear View Mirrors In Class C's

I've tried searching for this but can't seem to find an answer. I suppose they allow you to see whats going on inside the coach. I wonder if Ford gets the glass with the mount already attached so they...

I have a rear view mirror inside the cab which allows me to check the passenger's positions while driving. I also installed a two rear cameras, one to view the hitch while backing up to hook and the other at roof line height to view cars behind me as well as to view what I'm towing.
