Why buy out of California

The train is a joke here in Central California, we call it the train to no where. Fresno where I live is the center of the new track and the majority do not want it. It is going from Bakersfield in the south to Modesto in the north and it is costing 3 to 5 times who they said it would. It is cutting towns in half. The route is political not logical. It will never go to Nevada. It will probable not get out of the San Joaquin Valley. We only have it because people in L.A. think they can make it the San Francisco and people in SF to LA in one hour cheaply.
