2001 C only leak I got was a bird strike on the center marker light in Texas two yers ago, that night it rained and I was wet in the morning, taped the marker lights until I replaced them.
The construction of the overhead is important, mine has a steel cage encased in fiberglas with a 1" and 1/4 of foam and then the lnner wall, no sagging and all the seams have been re-caulked every two years, no major leaks otherwise, yust the shaterepd plastic of the marker lamp, the rain washed the blood and I found the feathers in the lamp.
Check on the construction of the cage, if it is wood, walk away too weakk for the flexing.
