Just my take. RV companies do not design windshields head lights, etc because there is plenty already in production. They build their front cap to what is plentiful or cost effective. They build their rv to fit whats out there. Most commercial buses are 96" or wider with a full length windshield, an already designed part with plenty of them in production.
