I suggest to do your homework about tires.
I do have 28 years old tires on my utility trailer and they can take overload just fine.
General rules are that car tires last 6-7 years. I had them lasting 10 on car garaged most of the time.
22.5" size tires are mostly commercial tires and they can have 3/4" of sidewall that can make them lasting very long time even with 1/8" cracks on the side.
Still once you start seeing any cracks on your vehicle tires you should start shopping.
I am taking my chances with cracks on trailer tires, but not on sedan that is driven 80 mph on daily basis.
