Another thought, not just the "young" folks who get this wild haired dream of full timing when they've never been camping a day in their life, on the other end of the spectrum, you've got aging Baby Boomers now in their 60's, 70's, and 80's. Expecting to live out the rest of (our) lives (nothing wrong with that) traveling and enjoying things we never could during our younger working years, they finally wrangle up enough to purchase that MH and it appears all of life is GREAT!
Except ... something happens when you hit your 60's, worse in your 70's, and awful in your 80's ... life just sucks sometimes! People die! Bodies parts fail! Old age sets in! Physically our bodies change (and not for the better) forcing so many dreams to fade into oblivion. That fabulous MH purchased a year ago, now has to sold and you find yourself sitting in a wheel chair in a nursing home! Yes, this is the other end of the spectrum. As Baby Boomers age, their dreams age out too! Campers and MH's get sold! It has nothing to do with the "quality" of the camper.
