Hi folks If when using a campgrounds pass protected Wi Fi and doing something like bill paying, how secure is my information?

In general, I found that using my device's LTE connection, or if a laptop, using direct USB tends to be the fastest way to do things.
If one is worried about a bogus Wi-Fi connection, one can always use a VPN service. This encrypts all your Internet traffic so someone running the local access point can only block your stuff, not modify it in any meaningful manner. I do this as a matter of habit on most public Wi-Fi access points.
