The WiFi Ranger (I believe now called the Go or Go2) by itself is not going to do a whole lot to improve the reception of a campground WiFi signal. It does pick it up and allow you to connect if the signal is strong enough but it by itself is not really what you would be looking for for a long range WiFi antenna.
There is a WiFi SKY and a WiFi Mobile that are more the range extension products. These can be used separately or together to add range and functionality to your RV setup.
