I think the point is, it's not just different, it's very different. The Vegas is built on the E-350 chassis, not the F53 or the workhorse. So it's not just the engine, it's the chassis to be considered as well.

did you read the OP's question? Your coach doesnt sound like its a thor vegas.

On the drive back down to Miami from Ohio we get an honest 11.5 mpg cruising at 67 mph on the freeways. The 305 HP V10 seems to like that speed. 55 mph only gets about 9 mpg.

Congrats! You got a great deal!! We are enjoying our Axis, and have had almost no issues to date other than the shower enclosure not securely attached. We fixed that ourselves. I'm almost worried that it is all too good to be true, and am waiting for more things to come!

Nice, looks like an awesome motorhome. I noticed on the website they list up to 8000# on the hitch rating. That has to be running it empty, but still that's amazing!
