Will any portable compressor handle 95 psi?

I carry a Crafstman 6 gallon pancake 120 VAC compressor that says it goes to 150 PSI.. and it does That's good for tires up to around 120 (not much higher) I have a small portable that says it goes to 300 but I don't believe it and I should live that long to blow up a 22.5" to 110 PSI
