One other note while I think about it. The real way to do this deal is get the sheet rubber roof, pull the AC unit and everything else off of the roof. rip off the old rubber roof, and put the new sheet of rubber down. But, who want's to do that? Not me. The liquid rubber IMO is still just a temporary fix. You'll still be getting back up there every once in a while to put down a little rubber here and there. The smallest leaks that you have a hard time seeing will allow water in, especially after a snow storm or several days of rain. It's not a lost cause. Just never ignore it for months at a time like so many owners do.
