The bad news is you have three more weeks of colder than normal weather. This guy forecasted back in Oct that the East (especially the NE) would have colder than normal and the West (including AK) would be warmer than normal and longer than normal. He also got last winter correct long before most.
You might want to go snow skiing Easter weekend and forget about getting the camper out as the snow is not over in the NE.
