It's unlikely anything will freeze as long as you're living in it and keep the interior temp up around 70 or so.
IMHO, the only thing that might be susceptible would be the sewer drain pipe under the coach. If it were me, I would just leave both valves open so there is not standing water in either of the waste tanks.
We have had several evenings where the temp dropped to the mid 20's and didn't do anything except disconnect the water hose. However different coaches may behave differently.
