Where I'm at in California we don't winterize the RV. Every once in a while he get temps down in the high 20's. I have never had a problem with any of my pipes bursting. I have an electric heater that has a "freeze protect" setting on it so it comes on at 40 degrees. I used to keep it in the motorhome but I don't even do that anymore and have never had a problem. If you're going to be in the thing and have the heater on and it's only going down to 26 degrees, you'll be just fine.
