I would agree that knowingly towing a trailer or toad that is over the limit of the hitch or calcualtions based on weight would be criminal negligance if somone were to get hurt or killed. Some of you can say it may never happen and it's doom and gloom, but what's so hard about doing it the right way? I mean why take the chance?
