I agree with "rocmoc"....While driving our 36'DP in the iwnd, it got pushed around some while our friends towing a 36' fifth wheel hardly moved. When parked, we were plenty stable.
With that said, we now have a 40' DP with a tag and Comfort Steer. We drove through some high/sustained broadside winds while travelling to Mesa Verde and Monument Valley and hardly noticed.
Your search for the exact floor plan you're looking for may be a difficult task and will most likely only be found in a fifth wheel, especially if you need a lot of storage.
