How doe the frame seal to the window glass - is it glued to the frame or is there a rubber gasket of some sort? Can the frame be disassembled without special tools, and without damage to any plastic pieces that are present? I would try to seal it myself if I knew that I had a source to buy a replacement quickly if it went bad. Don't like the idea of having it in storage with plastic sheeting covering a big opening - too inviting to thieves...
As these are fixed windows (on the front of the cabover), generally the glass would be sealed by being glued into the frame and then have a rubber gasket that bridges the gap between the glass and the frame on the outside for appearance and maybe somewhat for sturdiness. It's somewhat similar to how a car windshield is installed in the car, actually. The frame itself, as with most RV windows, is attached by a compression ring from the inside and sealed to the RV body with butyl tape under its outside flange.
