I had the same problem on a Fleetwood motorhome and brought it back to the dealer. They removed the window and resealed and replaced rubber. Still leaked. I removed the metal inside frame (many screws) then used silicon caulking to fill the area around the window. Never leaked again. Have to work on your back on top of the bed, but it is worth it.
