Agree, cost less money and trying to find the correct size to fit is a pain.
If the window isn't broke, it can be made water tight easier then replacing.
Out of all the windows and doors I went through at Bontrager's I didn't see one that had been installed, all new, they may have some take out/used windows, but I didn't see them.
