I have used "Windex" and just found a product called "Invisable Glass" that seems to work well. I also use "Happy Camper" and find it works well. Sometimes I flush the tanks with Calgon and Dawn dish detergent. I don't think using a product is bad, but some don't think it necessary and that's okay too.
