I have heard of this happening in motorhomes and in certain makes and models it is more of a problem (can't remember which ones, read about it awhile ago). If it were mine, I would want to make sure that the repair was done by one of the major glass repair shops that work on automobile windshields all the time. Perhaps it was previously repaired with improper adhesives, and/or the installer did not use proper methods. Anyone who works on a windshield SHOULD BE WEARING BLUE GLOVES. The oils from your skin can keep the adhesives from curing properly. Many/ most facilities for automobiles sublet windshield repairs to the glass shop for professional repair/installation. The rv shop should also.
