I have had to have my windshield adjusted twice. Meaning it came out a bit so you could see between the rubber and the glass. The second time was 3+ years ago and we have put 20,000 miles on it since so likely the issue is in remission.
Class A bodies flex and sometimes the glass can come out a bit. I hope when you say pop out you don't mean they popped out and fell to the road. Mine came out just a tiny bit. The gap on mine was just in one small corner and it was a very small gap.
Just have the dealer re-seat the glass and you should be fine. My problem has not come back.
