Privacy at night, venitaltion when needed by just lowering the cab windows and flaps are down, no bugs, seeing out when the flaps are down during the day, and very easy to put on and off. Large magnets hold it in place with pockets fitting over door frame at top of window, and velcro to hold in place around mirror cut outs. Folds up into a compact easy to store small package.
