Windshield covers
Do you use yor windshield cover only while camping or when stored at home as well?

I haven't seen Easy Curtain mentioned here yet. I've used Easy Curtain in my RV's for the last 7 or 8 years (first E350 and now E450), and it's a great product. The 3-piece curtain hangs inside the RV over the windshield and side windows. It fits over the visors and mirror in the front, and under the top of each window on the sides. It blocks out light for complete privacy, and since it's inside the RV it stays clean and folds up neatly.
