- ClassBGirlExplorerWe also have the one mentioned by IAMICHABOD and love it. Privacy at night, venitaltion when needed by just lowering the cab windows and flaps are down, no bugs, seeing out when the flaps are down during the day, and very easy to put on and off. Large magnets hold it in place with pockets fitting over door frame at top of window, and velcro to hold in place around mirror cut outs. Folds up into a compact easy to store small package.

Is there a reason you asked about an outside cover? If for privacy reason an inside cover is more secure if the cab doors are locked. We tried an outside cover and a strong wind pulled the magnets loose and then we lost our privacy.
need help in picking out a outside front windshield cover for my grayhawk class C 014. want it for privacy
It does make a difference whether you are a "long stay" camper or merely "overnighter". We are "overnighters" and prefer the inside the cab as we do not even have to step outdoors in the rain or cold. Also very easy to break camp and move on.
Personal story - We were spending the night in a small Wal-Mart with permission. We were not the only ones - a couple truck campers were also parked there. About 2:00 am, in the rain, heard a knock on the door (from security) to please move as a 18 wheeler (semi) needed to unload and we were all parked in his turn-a-round. I merely pulled down the inside cover and moved our unit to the designated area. The pickup campers had to completely dress (including umbrella), out the back stairs, into the cab and move their units. :B - tenbearExplorerWe use a curtain between the cab and the house area. That gives us some out-of-sight storage space in the cab and we can take the curtain down during the day.
- az99ExplorerAlthough I liked my Adco outside cover it is a PITA to put on especially in the rain and wind. The magnets also scratch the paint. I much prefer the reflective interior covers I made. They also insulate a little.
- RobocopExplorerAlthough I do like my ADCO cover, the magnets can be a PITA. I have never utilzied the roll down flaps for daylight purposes. However, I am a sworn believer in Reflectix from my HTT days and just as much in the MH. All but the three kitchen/dining area windows are always covered for the most part to keep the UV rays out and maintain whatever heat/air conditioning level I desire. And since having two large windows in the main sleep area it keeps all that unnecessary light from lamp posts and such as well as not allowing Mr. Sun to greet me too early in the AM. Easy to store as well.

- tpiExplorerI like covering it from the outside for storage and even occupancy. It keeps heat off the glass, and wraps around the side windows.
I am happy with this product based on a year of use:

No drilling, easy to put on stretch straps and magnets. I use it at nearly all campsites. Works well in light to moderate winds, some flapping in very high winds. - Desert_CaptainExplorer III

Camping World has one that covers side windows as well as the windshield. Made of white vinyl, attaches with door straps, magnets, and Velcro around the mirrors, comes with it's own vinyl bag. Don't recall the cost, probably around $30 to $40. Have used it for camping and when in storage to protect the interior from the heat. Fits perfectly, easy to install and remove, blocks front 100%.
These don't fit as well as you would like and the wind gets under the flaps and pulls the Velcro loose, lifts the magnet side and bangs against the doors. The magnets will pick up any metal shavings if you let it hit the ground and scratch your paint. I found this out this summer. I'm going to have one made by the auto interior shop this winter. - DaHoseExplorerOur MH came with a vinyl outside cover. It wraps around the front and side windows. It holds on to the top/back edges of the door and the bottom has magnets. It's easy to put on and covers completely.
