The windshield opening may not be square, especially if it is a large, one-piece windshield. This can occur when the frame of the MH is severely twisted. Some steep angled drives such as entering a service station, can cause the frame to twist. The opening is then said to be "racked".
Only a very good MH body shop will be able to take the require measurements to determining if the opening is not square. The windshield must be removed to take the required measurements. If the opening is not square, the shop should be able to bring the opening back into square.
As stated by a previous poster, the windshield must be properly installed.
I think the name of the place is RV Glass Solutions in Eugene, Washington. They probably can refer you to a service facility that can correct your problem. They helped me at their Eugene facility; they are very good. They only provide window repairs, no other RV repairs.
