You don't answer MY questions (Newmar Dealer tech), so I think maybe you are the problem. You want help, you go to a forum and then don't answer pertinent questions. I don't understand people that do not respond to people trying to help. As to the lawyer, you really think after 10 years (AND 2nd owner) a lawyer will be cost effective? Regardless of being IN warranty when you purchased, you are STILL a 2nd owner, and 2nd owners do NOT have the same standing as an original owner. Doug
