Surprisingly, the best place is Costco. In the row with automotive stuff, you'll find a rack with an assortment of sizes of Goodyear wiper blades. I think the largest is 28", maybe 30". They each come with a universal mounting adapter that will allow them to fit any type of wiper arm. The best part, they are $8.00 each.
