I had the same issue - so I bought some wipers from Costco (27 inch? I think the longeest you can get easily) and did some custom work to make them fit. Although they were 2-3 inches shorter, I was able to make them fit the window better as the original ones had never touched the whole windshield correctly to begin with.
I also felt that "RV wipers" we over priced.
