Our windshield is a two piece so our wipers are in off position at the middle. However, over time both have become misaligned / off-centre and possibly less effective. How do I adjust the wiper arm...

Yes, our wipers are useless. They don't actually keep in contact with the windshield through the whole cycle. I might try this.
