This is a 2003 Windsor Monaco 40PST.
I just opened the dash panel with the headlight switch to see it.
See the picture of it below. It does look like Cole-Hersee 71092 switch, which I can hopefully buy tomorrow from a local truck dealer.
I will check messages about the relay issues. I sell industrial surplus equipment, own a number of business trucks and am sort of familiar with the general scene.
I once hooked up a relay to an old Ford LNT9000 semi tractor to provide power for a 12v diesel fuel preheater that we added to it.
