Exact same problem, exact same crappy response from Winegard. This is my second Travler failure. Winegard is batting zero it fixing even after returning it to them. Dont waste your time or money IMHO, and try to find someone who can troubleshoot and fix the board in the head.
BTW, the board takes about 30 minutes to get out remove all the screws holding the head to the trailer roof. Lay it over and take the two screws, two coax and three plugs off. 6 small screws and the board is on the bench. Sadly it is really loaded with stuff, and unless you were lucky and blew the fuse your SOL.
