Look in your owners manual and you should find instructions for doing a Calibrate EL routine. If not, let me know and I will post the details. Not sure how you are able to make 2 Genies work (10 tuners) with the Trav'ler and the standard LNB which is only capable of 8 separate channels but that's a separate topic.
