This is a months old thread, but perhaps my expirience could help for others with the same issue...
I know that when I got that 'No LNB voltage' error message, Winegard asked me to change that cable up top. I tried a 6' cable I happened to have with me, and still the same error. A couple weeks later, found another commercially made 6' cable in a thrift store. Decided to try that instead of the one I'd installed. Once that was in place the error message went away.
So make sure you have a good cable up there.
